Does PNT offer any off-the-shelf marketing support solutions?

PNT has spent years developing software and analytic tools to help our clients, from our MetroMatch key creation and linking software for better householding, to our RightAttriteTM software to identify and measure relationship attrition, to our PromoFillTM promotion fulfillment tools. However, we also believe that each client is unique, and our philosophy is always to listen and understand our clients needs first rather than try to sell shrink-wrapped software packages. Each of our tools is customized for a perfect fit to each client's unique needs - whether you need to have tools installed at your site, or would rather have PNT outsource your entire database creation and reporting solution, or just need some advice and a system audit to fine-tune a solution you're already happy with.

How much do your services cost? How do I get a quote?

PNT offers a free Database Marketing CheckUp and a free initial consultation to help you get started. We will listen carefully to you and determine if there is a good fit between your needs and our tools, skills, staff, and corporate philosophy and mission. If there is, we will work with you to develop cost-effective solutions to your unique marketing support issues - from building a complete marketing database to supporting individual marketing programs with custom-tailored lists to measuring customer attrition and helping to put in place programs to boost customer retention. All of our solutions are estimated in advance; any scope changes are identified, estimated, and presented for client approval before any additional work is performed. We keep you informed of costs every step of the way so there are no surprises - we want you to be happy with the final result, and we want you to feel like you are getting excellent value for the money you spend with PNT.

Can I use any of your services over the web?

Currently PNT offers a secure list distribution tool to its clients. Using this tool, clients can safely and easily distribute pre-selected customer or prospect lists to a sales force, customer support-team,in-house marketing staff, vendors or others for contact, follow-up, service, or support. This new tool provides the final piece to a complete marketing support solution; PNT can now deliver targeted lists, tailored to individuals or groups you select, based on segmentation rules you apply to your own data. It's quick, easy, and secure!

Our other services, including custom database design and development,segmentation, attrition analysis, householding, merge/purge, and other value-added custom solutions, are not currently available through our website.
