
TONY CORETTO
Tony Coretto has worked on a variety of key problems in marketing database design, segmentation, householding, and distributed datamarts. One of his chief goals is to reduce costs, inefficiencies, and frustrations and improve client satisfaction by developing tools and techniques to foster better communications among marketing managers and systems development teams. Tony is a cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard College, was a graduate University Fellow at Stanford University, and is a member of the World Entrepreneurs Organization (WEO), the Bank Marketing Association, and other industry groups. He has been quoted in Inc. Magazine and has led in-house seminars for banks on database marketing.

PHIL JARYMISZYN
Phil Jarymiszyn has developed data warehouses and datamarts, consulted on name and address parsing and processing, and designed and developed householding algorithms for some of the largest financial institutions in America, including Citigroup and Suntrust. Phil is the guru behind PNT's MetroMatch householding tools and our proprietary attrition tracking software, and continues to make inroads into more efficient and accurate name and address parsing software and linking algorithms. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Harvard College and previously spent time as an economist at a Cambridge, MA consulting firm modelling housing trends. He also wrote case studies for the Harvard Business School and research papers for private industry before teaming up with Tony in 1988 to start PNT.

ADAM ISLER
Adam Isler is a financial services executive with a track record of product and practice leadership in programs with significant revenue-generation, expense reduction and/or customer satisfaction impacts. He has over 25 years of experience leading multi-organizational and multi-departmental teams in sales & marketing, process and technology projects and designing solutions for complex business issues and successfully promoting them to constituents. He worked in all areas of Retail Bank management at Citibank for almost 20 years and spent a further 9 years consulting to commercial, regional and community banks throughout North America and globally.
Mr. Isler holds an MBA in Finance from the Cass Business School, London and a BA from Columbia University. He has published several articles on banking-related subjects, was a contributor to BAI's Quest for Deposits and has conducted sessions at American Banker and BAI Branch Banking conferences.
