On Thursday evening, March 4, PNT Marketing Services will host the first in a series of free Customer Intelligence roundtables. This fun, informal, and engaging discussion group will help database marketers and Customer Intelligence professionals share their knowledge, tips/best practices, and network within this expert community.

Subjects will include:

• How does your organization define and create "Customer Intelligence?”
• In what ways is your organization using or planning to use Customer Intelligence to deepen and broaden customer relationships?
• In your organization, does Marketing (i.e., “the business”), Technology, or both organizations “own” database marketing? Is that relationship effective and does it result in a positive impact for the organization as a whole?
