Mr. Isler brings to PNT over 25 years' experience in the data intensive financial services industry. As a consulting manager and solutions director at Demos Solutions for the last eight years, Adam worked with such diverse financial services companies as Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, Fidelity Investments, US Bank, SunTrust, and PNC in the US, Canadian banks TD Canada Trust and CIBC, and Australia's St George Bank on productivity solutions and network-wide software implementations. He started his career at Citibank in 1980 where he worked in a series of retail banking positions, including roles in finance, sales, marketing branch management, and operations management. He has worked on banking projects with teams from McKinsey, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, and Deloitte Consulting, among others. He has been a contributor to diverse industry publications, including BAI's Quest for Deposits, Journal of Bank Cost & Management Accounting and BankStocks.com.
