PNT developed an intranet site to serve as a marketing hub where individual branch managers could support their own local marketing efforts by

  • Sending e-mails and direct mail through pre-selected vendors

The centralized marketing department maintained control of list management, branding, and messaging, while the branch managers were able to use the marketing hub to support local marketing needs on their own calendar and with their own budget – a win-win.
